In the body, where there is a place that is not breathing then there is a problem. That area is impeded. When we offer a deep and sincere listening to the inherent health and vitality of the body the problem will reveal itself and then the body can resolve the problem. So when the body gets aligned with gravity it automatically heals itself. There is no need to focus on the problem and try and take it out, focus on what is already healthy so the health can go a support and heal the issue.

The effects of traumatic experiences such as accidents, injuries, surgery, emotional shocks and the like, can have far reaching and often negative consequences on your quality of life. Over the last 30 years there has been a tremendous increase in the understanding of how shock and trauma impact people, and the natural mechanisms by which these impacts can be resolved, IMPROVING YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE.

Shock has been called a “universal malady,” all of the training I have undertaken in the healing arts addresses shock and trauma within the context of specific modes of healing. Over time I have developed an application of shock resolution based on my trainings and my personal healing experiences.

I have learned that energetic bodywork is the most direct way of accessing the biological and energetic mechanisms for resolving shock. Why is this? First, energy bodywork is a very gentle way to access and reset your neurological system to function from a place of deep inherent relaxation, allowing you to live without the experience of anxiety and disproportionate responses to stressful situations.

Second, the energy of the shocking event can and must be resolved and cleared. This energy can take the form of impact vectors, all-pervasive overwhelm, and energetic cysts and fractures that overlay and impact physiological systems, also toxicity and emotional impacts.

Finally, it is essential to reframe your experience of traumatic events and the resulting impact on your life. Building positive attitudes and strategies also resolves the energetic and neurological components of shock and trauma. Discovering the hidden opportunity for growth and healing in a crises may be the most significant step towards resolution.

Conditions that can benefit from Shock and Trauma Resolution:

•PTSD

•chronic pain

•anxiety

•depression

•fibromyalgia

•traumatic accidents

•post-surgical recovery ( to name a few)

I don’t perceive my role of therapist as one of curing their pain. I see my role and the role of Structurual Integration and CranioSacral Biodynamics as helping the client explore, accept and finally let go of their pain or problem. It is the client that actually heals it. Think of it as an education rather then corrective role. I believe that the body and its energies are the most authoritative source of healing.

Everything you do is for the purpose of the joy that it gives you. And so, when you don’t see something through, it means that it stopped producing the joy that you were hoping to receive. Of course, it is always better if you have anticipated something and you’ve stayed in line with it. If you’re lined with it, then it’s delight when you’re thinking about it even before you start, and it’s joyful as you start, and it’s intoxicating as you’re going, and it’s fulfilling as you do it, and it’s satisfying as you finish it. You’re in alignment the whole way on that.
